Audio/Video Tutoring Session Data

We keep records of the video and chat sessions you have with tutors and students through our Services. We may use these recordings for our own internal business needs, such as tutor evaluation, tutor development, conflict resolution, and service improvement. Tutors can also make a video for their profile.

Other Content and Other Information You Provide to Us:

We also gather content from you when you respond to surveys, get in touch with us by email or via the Services, and other information you willingly give us.

We may use our affiliates or non-affiliated third parties to gather information about you or other people. Wordy Affairs tutors, for instance, might record your talks based on details discussed during tutoring sessions.
